After the big day the ring was not the perfect size (that was my fault! Not wanting to tip my fiancé off) but the team immediately suggested that I bring it in (send it to them) and they had it back to us within 24 hours! Unbelievable level of service.

The entire team at Freedman Jewelers is amazing, there is no other way to put it. I was thrilled when a friend told me he had an amazing experience getting his ring made there and passed me along to Josh who end to end handled every question I had. The team was able to give me clear information about all aspects of the ring, from stone sizing, to different cuts and the advantages of each style, everything that I didn’t even know I should have known about they helped me understand. And not once over the entire process did I feel pressured or encouraged into making a choice that I was not 100% confident in. I was able to see multiple stones, multiple settings, and combinations in one sitting with ease.
Great Selection, Amazing Service! After many other visits to local Boston jewelers in search of the perfect setting for my diamond, Freedman Jewelers was by far the best! I had a very specific budget in mind when buying my engagement ring. I bought the diamond seperately and I found it very difficult to find a jeweler that offered settings for a reasonable price after dropping a lot of cash on just the diamond. Most other jewelers in the area had very arrogant customer service and attempted to sell me settings that were no less than $3000 dollars. After letting them know my budget, they would make me feel like I was wasting their time. Freedman Jewelers, on the other hand, was quite the opposite. Rob, the man that helped me, was extremely nice and very understanding about my budget. He made me feel like an important customer and sold me a beautiful setting for an unbelievable price! I definitely know where I am going for my wedding bands! Not to mention, most other jewelers told me it would take them 3 to 4 weeks to get my stone set. Freedman Jewelers had it ready the next day!! Amazing selection, quality, and customer service!
Once I chose the perfect stone it was a seamless process to designing a band and setting to fit it properly to highlight the diamonds brilliance. I do not live in Boston so putting a lot of faith in the experts was a hesitation at first, but I was given daily updates, pictures, and even descriptions of what was going on by phone, text, and email every step of the way.
Customer service was fantastic. I came in with a 70% design, and they got me the rest of the way there. The fiancé absolutely loved the engagement ring; exact words were "this is so much more amazing than I thought it would be." I certainly am not an expert on balancing the "4 C's" amazingly, so I have Josh Freedman to thank. Go see him!
Absolutely fantastic experience. I went to Freedman's looking for an engagement ring. I had a general idea of what I was looking for but I know nothing about jewelry. When I walked in I was greeted warmly by one of the employees, Josh. He was excellent. I explained to him what I was thinking and he was able to quickly show me about a dozen or so rings that fit what I was looking for. Within an hour or so Josh and I had the perfect ring designed. The next day I received an email from Josh with a computer generated image from multiple angles of how the ring would look. When I picked the ring up a week later it was even better than I imagined. I couldn't believe how beautiful it looked. Josh and his team did an amazing job. There is no doubt I'll be going back again!
