I can't express enough how wonderful it was to have the process of getting our rings be so personal and special. We both certainly feel so much more excited and sentimental about our rings because of how special of a process this was. My husband and I highly, highly recommend working with Sophie Hughes, and the entire team at Ore. Our experience at Ore began when my then-boyfriend took our grandmothers' rings to Sophie, asking her to combine them into a new engagement ring. As it was a secret from me, they had to collaborate together to design a style I would love, still incorporating all the sentimental elements from the heirloom rings. The result was spectacular and I couldn't have been happier! That's why we chose to go back to Sophie to have her design our wedding bands, using the remaining materials from the same family rings, plus additional gold from my husband's grandfather's wedding band. I also went to Sophie to have her create my wedding earrings, using remaining gold and diamonds from my grandmother's ring, as well as sapphire gemstones she found for me—exactly what I had envisioned. Even more beautiful, actually. Sophie is a creative genius and a true artist, not to mention a consummate professional who made us feel at home every time we walked through the door. She can create something absolutely unique and magical if you're looking for wedding bands or an engagement ring that reflects who you are as a couple. No one else will have anything like it, and the quality is clearly one-of-a-kind, ethically sourced, and wholly custom. No question or request was too much for the team at Ore, who were all gracious, accommodating, friendly, and warm. We'll definitely be back in the future for all of our jewelry needs, and will send our family and friends Sophie's way.
I recently purchased an engagement ring at Store Ore, and I don't have enough good things to say about my experience. As this was my first go-around with diamonds, and the like, I cannot imagine having gone through this exciting and intimidating process anywhere else! Everyone on the team was genuinely excited, authentic, and eager to help plan the perfect ring They took the time and attention to understand my fiance's style (down to helping stalk her Pinterest!), and crafting something unique and timeless. Each visit was thoughtfully scheduled and worked around my schedule, to ensure nothing was rushed, and I was comfortable before moving to the next step. They answered all my questions with ease, and made the financial aspect as seamless as could be. Every time I interact with the team at Store Ore, I'm reminded just how helpful and passionate they are to their customers. The store brings a neighborhood touch to the luxury of fine jewelry, and I genuinely can't wait to purchase our wedding bands and future pieces from Sophie and the team. Our experience working with the ladies at Ore was absolutely unparalleled. My fiance bought my engagement ring there, and was exceptionally nervous about finding the right ring. The women at Ore were kind, helpful, did not make him feel pressured, and ultimately helped him choose an incredibly gorgeous and unique ring -- I couldn't have picked a better one myself! When it came time to buy our wedding bands we knew there was nowhere we would get better service OR a better product than Ore. We called to set up an appointment a few months after my fiance had bought my engagement ring and they actually remembered him by name, AND they remembered immediately over the phone what ring he had chosen for me! We came into the store for our appointment and they had so many beautiful options of wedding bands to choose from to compliment the unique shape of my ring, and lots of stunning options for my fiance to choose from as well. I ended up getting two wedding bands for myself, and I was truly made to be a partner with the women at Ore in making sure every detail of the rings were perfect for both me and my engagement ring. During that time I went to the store multiple times, and was emailing them lots of questions and thoughts - they were ALWAYS quick to respond, helpful, and incredibly kind. The staff are clearly well-trained, professional, and offer lots of great advice without ever being pushy. We also chose to have our wedding bands engraved, and the final product is absolutely gorgeous (I actually even had small diamonds hammered into one of my wedding bands - picture attached was taken before the diamonds were put in).
My now husband found Sophie through a friend's recommendation when he was looking to find my engagement ring. Knowing that I wasn't looking for something traditional, he was able to work closely with Sophie and the team at Ore to design me the most beautiful ring. She was able to create something unique, beautiful, and perfectly me. When it was time to buy our wedding bands we of course went back to Ore and worked with Sophie again to design my band using diamonds from a family ring. We couldn't be happier with our experiences with Sophie and the Ore team. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and quickly understood exactly what we were looking for. I can't even count how many compliments I have received on my rings. I would recommend Ore to anyone looking for something truly special.
The staff at Ore are true professionals. I have to say I'm not one who enjoys shopping or looking at jewelry BUT my experience at Ore was so wonderful that I ended up buying an extra piece of jewelry there for my wife. in addition, we bought engagement rings and wedding bands there and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Lia always welcomed us with warmth and genuine excitement which made a lasting impression on us as picking out this type of jewelry is a very intimate ordeal. In addition to their exceptional staff, their jewelry is wonderfully made and very reasonably priced. We plan to drop by again around Christmas!
