I wrote a few letters of concern about two housing authorities to DHCD regarding Cambridge Housing and SMOC in Framingham. #1. Cambridge Housing and government officials are involve with corruption, I have proof and others are aware, are manipulated and abused to keep quite. I lived at 100 Landsdowne Street in Cambridge for 9 yrs and 15yrs in Cambridge. Cambridge Housing refused me my voucher for 6 months because they did not want me to leave Cambridge, I knew too much. # 2. I live in Canton and Cambridge Housing transfer voucher to SMOC in Framingham. Tania Diduca changed my rent 4 times, refused Medical Doctor's letter among other things. SMOC housing faxed documents to residence Avalon Canton Blue Hills to sign not to sue the State or else they won't pay my rent. Wow!!!!. #3. I have been treated unfairly by SMOC I have emails and documents to prove dishonesty and concerns. #4. Avalon Canton Blue Hills over charged water bills only 5 days $75 . I observed for a year and filed complaint with the Boston district attorney who forwarded to Canton district attorney. #5. Avalon Canton Blue Hills wants your full bank statement how you spent your money. What is required is deposits, interest if any and ending balance. #6. I see a similarity of modem operandi as previous residence 100 Landsdowne Street in Cambridge. #7. Avalon sent an email a few months ago of preventive maintenance. On Sept 25 i received another email of a second maintenance inspection on that will be on Sept 26. On Sept 28 another email from Avalon that DHCD will conduct an inspection on Oct 5.... #8. On Sept 20 I sent a certified letter to SMOC housing Tania Diduca regarding issues of concerns and discrimination. #9. I found out Cambridge is handling my voucher. Why is Cambridge Housing handling voucher for Canton and I asked it to be transferred to Brockton ?. #10 .I am being retaliated against for speaking up . I determined to stand up for humanity rights and my rights. I will not see wrong , evil and wickedness done to people. Why was I given documents to sign not to sue the State or else they won't pay my rent. Which State office sent these documents and why?
