The lobby was under construction but the hotel made you feel welcome. They have a shuttle to take you to the train station or are helpful giving you direction to get around Boston,. Rooms were very clean and have also been remodeled.

So far I'm highly disappointed with this hotel and I haven't even made through the front doors yet. I've been waiting over an hour for the shuttle to come pick me up and it was supposed to be here in 45 minutes. It's not rush hour so it's not due to traffic. I had to walk from terminal E to B to get to the shuttle which was not easy to navigate. After waiting for awhile at the meeting point and the shuttle not showing up I called back and it turns out they never told the driver we were waiting. In the cold. Outside. For an hour. I'm a big fan of comfort inn. When I come back to Boston I will not be staying at this location. The Woburn location was nice. And there is another close to the airport. This is ridiculous.

Def. Worth a visit. I used points so I'm not certain of affordability. Shuttle service to and from airport however I would advise calling them as soon as you're off the flight. It took a considerable amount of time to arrive. ( I Believe front office may have forgotten my call). Room 521, quite large room with all amenities; fridge, micowave, living area and separate sleeping quarters. The staff were sure to put the air on prior to my arrival. Clean and somewhat comfy bed, a bit hard for my liking but still a pillow top. Water pressure limited but high shower head. Parking is limited. I got a parking pass, which I didn't need but I'm uncertain if it's free due to being a frequent visitor. Some places within walking distance to find food but no restaurants to speak of. About 7 miles from airport so plan your shuttle wisely with Boston traffic. No restaurant on site. Free breakfast. Not sure of quality, I did not partake.

It was clean and service was decent. They offered extended check out and let us use their shuttle the night after we checked out so we could get to our flight! Also, their breakfast was good. I could build my own breakfast sandwich or have a speciality maple cinnamon waffles. I would stay again!

Hotel is fairly nice looking from the outside with surprisingly modern rooms. The rooms are definitely a bit worn down but the cleaning staff seem to do an outstanding job turning over the rooms. The breakfast was surprisingly well done, the eggs look weird but are real freshly eggs. The reason for the 3 starts is that the hotel is _right_ next to the train tracks and you can expect to hear loud trains come whizzing by every couple minutes right up until midnight and the start again at 6am. A good hotel but terrible location.
