Worse hotel I've stayed at. Parking was extremely expensive. Even for visitors they had to pay. The service was pretty rude, and helpless when we complained. pretty much felt like we were forced to stay here cause we couldnt get a refund. After, I checked my CC statement and I was charged a smoking fee of 250 when I dont even smoke! The cleaning lady was rude when I left, I bet she made some kind of comment to give us this charge.
I only come in here because of the service the waitress that serves me all the time her name is Vicky. She's the only one I have service from . Dont get me wrong Service is great all-around. But Vicky always goes the extra mile to make sure we leave happy she is such a phenomenal waitress so nice so sweet so genuine she takes great care of you. The customer satisfaction Skills go way above what you learn from books. she's great at it. It's not just because of Vicky Because everyone that works there always has a smile on their face they always great you when you leaving when you coming your never ignored and you always feel like a VIP when you visit here. Loved the suite. It was spacious and worked well for giving the kids and adults their own space. I took a star off for the abysmal water pressure and the limited hours of the shuttle.
Extremely disappointing experience. I booked the king suite loft for New Years a month in advance and the manager changed my reservation to a different room without ever contacting me. The room was under construction which I understand but the manger lied to my face saying he contacted me and spoke to me on the phone, which never happened. If the room isn’t available that’s fine but do not lie to me.
