Great check in process, clean and tasteful guestroom. The customer service was exceptional, both from the front desk and the room service. Food was very good and arrived in less than a half hour. Would definitely stay again!

Was here for a professional event. Did not get to see any of the guest rooms or anything. Ballrooms were pretty average and standard for a high end hotel. Food was fantastic - they had a prime rib w horseradish sauce that was absolutely to die for. I have to assume with catering this good that the food in general here is delicious. Beautiful area right by the water, although not a lot of shopping there are good restaurants, close to the T, and the aquarium is right there too.
I had a brilliant dinner provided by the room service team. The food was exceptional quality and tasted delicious. There was also the option to reserve a table at the on site restaurants.
Overall great experience. The location is really good. It's especially for young families, as Boston children's museum is walking distance. The swimming pool was also very nice and warm. The room that we were given had great views of the city. The staff were accommodating and friendly.
The intercontinental in Boston is exactly what you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. My flight arrived early; the check-in staff were very friendly and helpful, and were happy to find me another room or to hold my bags whilst I had a drink waiting for my room.
I took the earlier room and was not disappointed; the room was large and had a huge inward facing window. The bathroom was well stocked, very cozy with a lovely bath tub. The bed was large and comfortable with pillows that gave support throughout the night.
We had a great time at The Intercontinental. Upgrading to the club is a great deal. We had a nice view and it's a good location for downtown Boston highlights.
I slept really well and spent a few hours in the hotel bar before continuing on my travel; the bartender was friendly and made some amazing drinks. Overall I highly recommend the Intercontinental in Boston. I couldn't fault them on anything.
