Location was convenient in the city, my room was cheapest room you could get at $199 for a night. It was a small, cozy, clean room with a twin size bed. The front desk receptionists were very kind and pleasant. The other staff that I saw were polite. No complaints whatsoever.
It’s just so bad, The rooms are small, the bathroom cold. I’m never coming back and i’m advising everyone I know not to come here!!
Unexpectedly great accommodation! John Jeffries House is an elegant and friendly bed and breakfast close to the center of Boston, about 30 min walk or less in a super friendly area full of bars and restaurants. I stayed here in May while attending a conference in the city and found the location super convenient. The breakfast was simple but nice and the rooms were spacious and with everything one might need. This place is great value for money!
The rooms are fairly basic considering the price. Also a lot of plastic cutlery and crockery at breakfast, can't see why they need so much disposable stuff, as dishwashers must be installed here, But service is good, its clean and right next to the train station. If you are driving here, roads are often grid locked,
Convenient location, close to the airport, and decent prices relative to other hotels in the area. Clean rooms, but with an odd layout. Rooms and building are old and show their age.
The place is your worst choice. Unless you’re coming in hot summer, don’t come here. The heating does not work until November, no matter what temperature. The receptionist is aggressive and not helpful at all. They simply hate working here or at least that’s what they make you feel like. Breakfast is terrible too, 0 options and the ‘re-fill’ does not happen very often, because the receptionists are in charge of doing that. The room for breakfast is so small that you have to wait to sit. 400 usd for a night is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE For the service they’re offering.
Conveniently located, but the highway is right across the street, so the view is horrible and the noise, very loud. There’s not a proper sing of the hotel, so you have to be very attentive to catch it.
