Small rooms I ask for service because we have problem with the tub and never didn’t something. Breakfast terrible bread, muffins old. The employees very nice except the managers them don’t care about the guest 12-07-2017 until 12-10-2017

The price was right, in a nice area. Still close to downtown, with free shuttles offered. Awesome staff!

The nightmare begin when the other reviews I read about came true- how loud this place is. People in the hallways can be heard, and I was woken up at 6:50am by police practically knocking down someone's door a few doors down. I then heard a woman crying about how her boyfriend wouldn't leave, and then heard the couple loudly conversing with the police for a good 20 minutes.

The Ramada was very close to everywhere you want to be in Boston. If you didn't have or want to take a car they have transportation to the airport and to the local subway station. The rooms themselves were Clean and warm in the most frigid cold I have felt in a long time Outdoors. The staff was friendly knowledgeable and polite. My guest and I enjoyed breakfast in the morning of bagels oranges cereal scrambled eggs and to the Delight of my guest waffles made from batter! I chose this hotel because it offered free parking and ended up liking it because of the comfort and ease-of-use it afforded me during my stay.

Rooms were small, but clean. The shuttle service to the metro line was really great. Breakfast was simple, but there was always something good on the menu. Overall a great experience for the value.

So anyway, the halls and exterior of the rooms is kind of shabby, nothing obscene. The room itself was surprisingly nicely re-done inside. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom sink, halfway decent shower. I checked the shower and sheets for bugs/hair/etc and found none, thankfully.

I went here on a business trip, and the company didn't research the hotel that they booked for my coworker and I. The hotel looks like a motel from the outside, problem 1 which tipped me off to what to expect. Two, the woman at the counter required three signatures for us to stay, including leaving a credit card as a security deposit (when our company already paid on a CC). The front counter woman also had no problem speaking to someone else while she was in the middle of helping us.

While that's no fault of the hotel, I still experienced being woken up at that time regardless and the room was not well sound insulated. To top it off, although the rooms were paid for, the hotel charged the card my coworker used for his security deposit for the entire hotel stay!
