This hotel and it's wonderful staff was one of the highlights of my trip to Boston. The room was always kept clean and they even folded and clothes we might have left on the bed for us. The bathroom was really big and clean. The only bad thing i have to say was that the bathroom sink was extremely small, but it's not something that really bothered us. The staff also helped us find awesome things to do and see on Boston.
The hotel was wonderful. Loved my room and the furnishings and the service. Convenient to many attractions. Really enjoyed using L'occitane products that are featured in the rooms.
Only downfall was the restaurant. Breakfast was exceedingly long and preparation each time I was there. One morning it was over an hour for breakfast with no one in the restaurant. The wait staff was very sweet, felt bad for her.
Was rather disappointing, even though the hotel had great potential. The style of the rooms reflected the images on the website. However, our room was drastically smaller than depicted and we were given a handicapped bathroom. This was not initially an issue (besides missing the glass shower we were expecting), but the shower didn't have any way to prevent water from leaking into the entire bathroom. It became a dangerous situation with a very slippery tile floor and prevented me from drying my hair for fear of electrocution if the hair dryer happened to slip from the small bathroom counter. Staff was not very sympathetic or helpful when we brought the issue up. It was cleaned up, but we were only offered towels to prevent the shower from leaking when it would have been preferred to switch rooms entirely.
Excellent staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds and nice snack bars. The first room was a little small for 4 adults but was ok. We stayed an extra night but had to change rooms and it was bigger and very nice. The food at the little restaurant was good and service was great. Would LOVE to stay there again.
Great hotel in a fairly central location, just around the corner from the hockey/ basketball stadium. The staff were excellent and breakfast from the adjourned restaurant was very good too. We'd definitely stay there again.
