If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

The place is nice. The staff that I personally interacted with - phenominal - especially Kip.

The owners of the company are money grubbing scumbags.

Great view of the hospital and part of downtown! Great location with some great food within walking distance. My main issues are almost nitpicky. The outlets in the lamp are lame and don't always work. The vending machine on my floor didn't work during my stay. My cards stopped working a few times so I needed to back down to the office to get it resolved.

We stayed overnight for a concert at TD garden. The concert was easy to get to, we only had to walk. The hotel itself was nice, but I wouldn't say it was amazing. The bathroom in particular was a little rundown in the room we stayed in. There was black mold on the ceiling and there was no exhaust fan to remove moisture while taking a shower. The bed was nice and comfy, and the room part wasn't bad. I would stay here again only if the rate was slightly cheaper.

This hospital is located right near Massachusetts General Hospital so it works great for people who need to be within walking distance of the hospital. It is super affordable for one night.

My husband is in Mass General with a traumatic brain injury and instead of being by his bedside I'm scrambling to remove my things from their hotel room because Santa is coming to town and I can't afford the $300 a night charge. The medical charge is usually $129.00, a bit steep for me but with help it was doable. Now I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to be with him when he needs me most and where I'm going to get some rest for myself all because the owners are going to starve to death if they don't get that extra $170.
