I ordered online after over an hour of waiting I called and they said 20 more minutes. I'm a 10 minute walk from them. Gave it some time still nothing. As I write this I am still waiting.
Expensive. Small portions. Pasta was warm, but hard and bland. I ordered delivery and it came in a pretty reasonable amount of time, but the quality I received versus what I paid was extremely disappointing. I have ordered Lily's Pasta in Boston for delivery and the price is cheaper, portions are much better than Black Jack Pasta, and tastes amazing. I was thrown off by the excellent foodler rating, and WILL NEVER place another delivery order here. The icing on the cake was the bread that was given with the pasta - sliced up hotdog buns. NOT EVEN TOASTED.

Their service is horrible. I ordered a create your own pasta and did not select cheese. My pasta came with cheese and I have a severe cheese allergy. They said it is "default" even though it does not say anywhere that cheese is included. They also refused to refund me for the pasta even though I absolutely cannot eat it.
