Great dumplings, good service, open pretty late.
I really liked how accommodating the staff was when we had to leave early to catch a train.
I went with my family that is from China and all of us thought it was great! I was originally turned off because of the lower review online, but after trying this place I would recommend it to anyone! My family is from Shanghai and this place has a type of Shanghainese flavor to their food (according to my family). Very reasonably priced and great for group and family style dinners or lunch!
I used their delivery service. TERRIBLE. We waited 1 hour and a half for food from this restaurant which is literally 5 minutes away from us by foot. I called to check on the order and all I got was a nonchalant “Yeah we’re really busy, she’ll be there soon.” (Hung up on me as I was about to ask for compensation.) Then when the food finally came, it was incredibly underwhelming. We ordered pork chops over rice and chicken fried rice. So unbelievably bland. Awful experience, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I get lunch here a couple times a month. I take out or dine in, depending on how much time I have for lunch. Food is prepped quickly and tastes great.
Lunch special is also great, even with there recent price increase.
The vegetables dumplings are amazing here. The chicken fried rice is missing the chicken. Need to add more chicken. Portions are not always consistent. Overall it is a pretty good place. 4 stars.
