I Can't Really say much that isn't good about Mundos as its been a hot spot for my friends and I since we have moved to the area three years ago. Pizza is amazing and slice size to price is outstandingly good for anyone in and out of the area. Minimum time to get served a slice is about 3 minutes which is great for people that need to get somewhere.
Slowest service ever, I waited 40 minutes for a pizza!! I could understand that if they have to prepare a real dish with real food, but they are preparing just pizzas! And it is true, people in the kitchen manipulate the food all the time with uncovered hands. The pizza taste was OK.
The Pasta is as good as well, but they really shine in the pizza!
Ordered the vegetarian pizza without mushrooms. It was cold by the time it was delivered, but otherwise it was good. Reheating it definitely made the crust softer, but it still felt a bit stretchy. Felt like a cow chewing on it multiple times before I could swallow without the fear of choking on it. I thought there were ample vegetables on the pizza, but a bit of oregano would have gone a long way in giving the pizza a flavour.
Also noticed that the grill man who was touching the raw meat was also handling the salads without changing gloves. Ended up being happy to not have eaten anything from there at all.
Walked in and ordered and ended waiting 20 minutes for a steak and cheese but still never got my order. Was told to order ahead next time or order something quicker. Asked for a refund.
Ordered two salads. One was made correctly! The other? Nope. Ordered a buffalo chicken tender salad with ranch. Got barbecue chicken with Italian dressing. Unfortunately two things that i do not like. If this wasn’t 28 dollars i wouldn’t mind but to pay for a salad that i barley touched....not the Monday night dinner i was hoping for. Also checked if i ordered incorrectly...nope
