Late! Late! The tracker is bogus or the drivers are hanging out at the restaurant. Will say it's on the way and 30 minutes later, the driver hasn't even left yet. This had happened multiple times!
Ordered from a restaurant using Dash Providence tonight. After waiting for an hour and a half, I called customer service, who told me that the driver was on his way. I went downstairs to meet him to avoid any further delay - I had a guest - and I ended up waiting a half hour more. After another call, the person told me it was not the driver's fault. When the driver arrived - nearly two full hours after the original order - the food was not even warm anymore. I URGE YOU TO ORDER FROM RESTAURANTS DIRECTLY if at all possible and avoid paying the extra fee charged ($8) for this unbelievably poor service.
