Food is ok. People here work so hard and it shows! It's astounding the amount of food that's prepared here on a day-to-day basis. Best thing RC has going for it are their late-night weekend hours.

I really do like rock city. The food is good. Delivery has always been timely, however within the past month or two something seems to have changed. Orders are now taking forever. It has now been an hour and a half and no word on my food. I called about 35 minutes ago and was told that the driver had left a while ago with my order. Rock city is about a 6 minute drive from me. I just don't understand.
EDIT: Got my order after about an hour and 40 minutes. Sub was warm and a little soggy after sitting in the car for so long. Driver was super friendly and apologetic. Moving up to 3 stars. Things happen sometimes.
The people on the phone are super nice and helpful. Maybe they're just understaffed.
Great neighborhood spot. The food is always good and the owner is friendly. They have good deals and specials too.
