Takeout order on Tuesday 1 August 2017 was incorrect (no cheese on my Verde pizza) at the Bertucci's Kenmore Square location. A manager reached by phone on Tuesday questioned whether this type of pizza is supposed to have cheese, then, convinced that it is, offered a refund. No refund posted. Visited the store in person five days later. A manager in person questioned whether I had ever actually ordered pizza in the first place and was uninterested in my credit-card details showing I had in fact ordered pizza. Shown a photo of the incorrectly prepared pizza, the manager was mollified and offered to make a new one. Asked for a refund, he said that he was unable to do so and that I should contact the store a third time on a weekday when "Corporate" would be available for escalation to issue a refund.
Decent food for a chain. Definitely cannot pass up the rolls or salad. The pizzas are decent and consistent, the entrees change and can be good or bad. Most of my experience has been really good. This particular store can be either very busy or empty, if there is a Red Sox game going on, but during lunch it's pretty quick to get in and out. Perfect for a quick lunch meeting.
The pizza is delicious but you should always triple-check any takeout or delivery order before you pay for it because it seems incredibly difficult to get your money back if the pizza is prepared incorrectly.
I have conducted several of my business meeting here and I can tell you that the food is amazing very fresh and colorful. Everyone is very attentive and believe me I can be very difficult. The salmon was cooked just the way I asked for (try it for sure) Will be back!

Food is eh. It's a little better quality than the microwaved stuff at Unos across the street, but you're not getting much for your money. Their lunch specials are great, but not too tasty. The service would bring it down to 1 star if I didn't like their lunch specials. Very slow and forgetful service. Don't plan on getting a quick bite in here. The restaurant is almost always empty, though, which is helpful. I've never had to wait for a table.
