Awesome pizza for the great price ! And owner is really friendly. Good eats next time I'm coming in to get a steak tips salad cause they have avocado! Been searching months for a go to place after school to eat steak tips salad with avocado.
Awful. I called for delivery and when I did not receive my food in well over an hour I called. They ended up trying to deliver to the wrong address, no phone call from the driver or store clerk.I finally got my small chicken alfredo pizza that cost 16.00 (not including tip) and it was cold and gross, the chicken has some sort of red spice on it, I can't even eat it...In fairness, the owner was nice and offered to send a new one or have a credit on file.
Fries arent that good neither are mozzarella sticks but burgers are!
So I’ve been ordering from this place for almost 3 years now! I order usually two times a week because My family is always at work and I’m disabled. Today i ordered one of my usuals( a large steak and cheese sub) so when I went to eat it the steak was dry and burnt and there was no cheese in my sub even though I asked for EXTRA cheese. So I called them asking for them to bring me a new one so they did. When I got the second sub it tasted the SAME WAY I started to laugh because I always order from them and I don’t know why the sub tasted off today but whatever. So I called back and asked for a refund and the lady on the phone was so rude. And the manager got on the phone and said I can never order from there again! I am highly disappointed in my service over the past 3 years I gave these people at least 1,500$ for food delivery’s and now they say I can’t order from them whatever. I said to myself I’ll take my money elsewhere. Do not order from these people if you do be weary of rude service and occasional poor food quality!
I have been living in Dorchester for 5 years and only discovered this place a year ago - after mistakenly providing our business to Windy City for 3 years. The two are incomparable. The food at Pizza 24 is fresh, made with great ingredients, always delivered piping hot and the staff are by far the friendliest I have yet to experience with neighborhood pizza joints. I have tried a lot on their menu and, with a couple of exceptions, I am generally not disappointed.
...and they always deliver on time!
