Not Impressed At All , And I Have Not Been Back To Visit , Victory Park .. Use To Visit Since I Was A Young Teen And Early Adulthood .. Come Back To Visit , Now Living Back In Area , And Dog Owner's ( Not All , But Majority ) Don't Care If Their Dog Disturbs Another Person Relaxing And Minding Their Own Business .. Dog And Owner Say Hi , Dog Is Foaming And Drooling And Wet .. I Was Organizing My Paper's , Important , And Dog Owner Did Not Even Stop His Dog From : Slobbering/Drooling : As Dog Ran Over Me And My Paperwork .. No Apologies , No Sorry ..
