Do not park here if you value your time. This place certainly doesn't.
You can get a pre-paid pass card (which you can reload) that will allow you to get the early bird rate ($20 for the day; enter by 9:30am and leave by 8pm) during the week. It is the cheapest rate around and you can use it at anytime. I don't drive in frequently but it is always available when I need it, since there is no set time limit to use it.
It took 2 hours to get out of the garage after the Bruins game on 10/5/17. I've NEVER experienced that at any parking facility before, including this one. It's frankly unacceptable to have people wait that long to get out of a parking garage, and I think they should seriously reconsider how they exit people from your lot.
I would give 0 if I could for this rating. Actually I would love if someone could give me the contact of the gm. I would love to actually get some good customer service. Basically this place scammed us big time and the ladies In The office were extremely rude. Not only did we have a problem, but the people behind us had the same problem. They didn’t believe what we were telling them. They removed the Daily rates and put out the event rate, and then double charged us. We got out of our car looking everywhere for rates but it wasn’t there. The next day it was after we parked. They said The rates were there the whole time. When they clearly were not. Seems pretty weird that two people walked in at the same time with the same problem. Clearly they don’t understand the concept of customer service. At this rate we could have taken an Uber from our home town in Rhode Island. We paid 73 dollars for 20 hours..... This was so not fair. Woked in the customer service industry and your goal should always be to somehow make the customer satisfied.
They are still in the middle of some construction but it is not a hindrance to parking.
This garage is convenient to downtown. The office staff are very helpful and always seem to have a smile... which is not that common in other garages.
Some shady characters around there. If don't mind being asked for money, cigarettes,or seeing some children unattended or a "attended" by someone that don't realize for 5 minutes you've been talking to their child (Ren) then it's not bad
On the way out, I asked your attendant about what is causing the issue and he informed me that it has always been like that. I don't know if he was new, but I can assure you that it has not always been like that, and it NEEDS to improve if they want to justify charging $35 to park there for events.
It's nice that they have deals on game nights! 35$ for parking in Boston is a good deal
After about 30 minutes of waiting, I called the office, and they placed the blame on the Boston Police, saying that police did not arrive to help, and that they would be calling again. Needless to say, that didn't help at all, and I didn't get out for another 1.5 hours. Reading the reviews that people have been posting about this facility lately, I can see that it is a common issue, and they have not addressed it.
