Convenient location, very close to Old State House. I bought a pass from Park Whiz at a low price and had no trouble of using it.
If I could give them zero stars, then I would. This place had the audacity to charge me 39 dollara out of my pocket because my reservation was not in their computer system. On top of that, I had to be somewhere and I was late because of them. So I had no choice but to pay the so called fee for not having a reservation because their computer. I admit I did come late, but I talked to a man on the phone previously saying that it is ok to come late but there will be a late fee. I wanted to enjoy Boston and the great weather a little longer so I ended up coming 30 minutes laye which the man over the phone had said 30 minutes late would be a $6 late fee, $16 for 1 hour and $26 for 2 hours. Now when I got there they had told me that since I am late that they dont see the our reservation in the system so now I have to 39 dollars out of my pocket, which is the regular charge for 24 hours, but yet I had made a reservation and paid online. So, all in all dont come late or they will hold your car until you pay them. Im just really upset that they had taken responsibility for what they had said over the phone and for what happened to the computer system. I just won't come back to this place and its backwards thinking.

Stayed at Club Quarters over night and attended meeting the next day, $25 (hotel discount) for 24 hours is GREAT for downtown Boston.
