We parked here and not only did it cost a fortune, but it incorrectly read my card and wouldn't accept it. I had to go and walk to an ATM to take out cash just so I could leave.
Easy on easy off
Terrible - confusing layout, all sorts of poorly marked reserved spaces. Couldn't find spots anywhere near the entrance where our hotel was located. When we finally gave up on the garage after driving around aimlessly for 10 mins, we were charged $12 to leave - even though we never parked. We ended up in the garage across the street on Dalton.
Expensive! Parking spots are small
Worst parking lot ever. No rhyme or reason to the layout and 45 minute wait to get out? Unacceptable especially knowing it's a red Sox night. Hire more staff? Streamline the exiting process...do something but this is not ok. Would leave 0 stars if I could.
