I received and email regarding information for a trip to Africa. The woman on the phone lacked commom customer service skills and a professional deamnor. She answered my questions half way. She was very dry and did not care to make me understand what I needed to know. I explained to her I have never traveled outside the country so this was all new to me. She continued to be rude and unprofessional. The attachment I was sent was unclear and all over the place. I asked if there was anyone else i could speak to at later time she said no. I asked if she was the owner of the agency and she would not answer my question. Then she harassed me for "not even having a passport". I am very disappointed. Planning a trip out of the country for the first time is a new and exciting experience and dealing with this agency put a damp in my inquiries I would highly suggest looking for another agency that is professional and eager to assist one on a international experience.
