This location is very busy especially later in the day. However, the staff really know their stuff. Each time I've been here despite the expected wait because I came in after work I left extremely satisfied.
I am a sprint customer but lately never get satisfaction service.
The most guetto of them all where MANAGERS and their employees together mock their customers when complains or their poor service are made. So freaking unprofessional and disgusting.
The employees have no knowledge about the product and services. Very upset with this store. I have to go there more than 3 times for their lack of knowledge. Sad. I regret changing from Verizon to them. Rather pay more
This particular location was not good until mr. Brown stepped in and took over management. Great place. The people who are working at the new store manager are very much so well worth the money that they are earning.
