I keep trying to call to make an appointment for my son but the automated line keeps saying it's closed, says it opens at 8. This isn't my only complaint. After today I'm definitely switching my sons Dr.
If Carney Hospital is said to be the worse hospital in the city of Boston, then Codman Square Health Center has got to be the worse clinic in the city of Boston. Now my issue with this place is that I had a doctors appointment this past Monday...12/11/17, and been given a new primary care doctor, and all I asked for was a new Albuterol inhaler since I have asthma, and my asthma usually triggers around the time when the seasons change, and here it is... Thursday, 12/14/17, 3 days later, and I still haven't received a new asthma inhaler yet. I called numerous times to speak with a nurse at the clinic to see what the delay and problem is all about, and nobody can give me any answers, all they did was take down my contact information which should already be on file, and claim that someone will call me back about the matter which they never did, and most likely never will, and they're very unprofessional over the phone, and don't know how to talk to people either. So then I called the pharmacy on the lower level floor of the health center numerous times too, and all they say is that..."nothing is in the system for Albuterol, you got to go back and check with your doctor". So my experience with this place has been nothing but the run-around all over something as simple as a little asthma inhaler. But the funny part about this is that I bet that this clinic doesn't have any problems taking money from whichever insurance that I have or covered by. So at this point, I'm done with this place. Everyone from the owner/CEO to the janitor is just atrocious. So I'ma just find myself a new clinic to start visiting where doctors and staff actually care about their patients and visitors instead of only being interested in the health insurance they have, and how much money they can take. Oh, and a message to the owner, you can keep your BS..."We're so sorry to hear about your experience. Treating you with the highest respect is so important to us and we're sorry you did not receive an appropriate response from one of our team members" foolishness speech. I wouldn't be surprised if you have that as a copy and paste response and ready to use it whenever there is a complaint. All you care about is the money instead of people's health. So it's only a matter of time before Codman Square Health Center runs out of business.
I have been taking my kids to this clinic for about three years. It’s very convenient for my family and I excellent service easy to make an appointment and staff is always nice and pleasant.
The staff is very friendly and help figure out what you need every step of the way. They see you as soon and as quickly as possible. Very organized. Totally recommend
I’ve been a patient for a couple of years and I come here all the time for pediatric and eye care appointments and urgent care unless I have to call an ambulance. Today I went into urgent care and they took me to family medicine saying I’m due for vaccines. I kindly asked the nurse questions about the vaccine. I’m a healthy female I want to know about what’s going into my body and she got a sudden attitude and started shaking and waving her hands in the air. I don’t understand the issue with me wanting to know information about the vaccine. Looking into finding somewhere else to go.
