The bad: getting a freaking appointment at this place is a nightmare, left 3 voicemails in a span of 2 weeks with no call backs. Called a couple of other times after, during their working hours and they did not pick up. Finally, once I get a hold of the front desk person she scheduled me for a 5:30 appointment. I then show up noting the office is closed.
I actually liked my experience with him that I changed him from my previous PCP.
This is extremely ridiculous, and stupid. A huge waste of time. I appreciate Ralph but I am sorry he is surrounded by incompetent staff. I won't waste my time at this place anymore so, that means changing PCPs.
The good: I can only personally speak for doctor Ralph Vetters. He is very kind and an attentive person. He takes his time to make sure you understand everything, and he also seems very professional and knowledgeable.
Wow, don't let that one crappy review deter you. Very safe, accommodating wonderful place for LGBTQ+. Last time I went for a physical, I didn't have MassHealth and I paid $10 . Physician and staff were kind and respectful. Thank you for everything you do!
