I was promised a doctor on the phone, but after the in-take, they took $100 from me then told me that they don't have anyone. Disputing the charge on my credit card now.
This clinic has the nicest people working there and the nicest caring loving,Kind ,compassionate Dr.s they truly care about you i have been going there for many years.They have always been wonderful to me.I have had many troublesd times in my life they helped through them.They were very professional.I'm glad they were there for me.Some of my favorite Dr's have come and gone but there are new ones and i am very glad to still be there.I recommend this clinic to everyone.I'm very happy to continue going there.
This has to be the absolute worse clinic in Dorchester. The staff at the front desk are rude and incompetent. The doctors always have you sitting in the exam for 40 minutes or more before they come in. Then they'll rush your appointment. I would not recommend this place to friends and families.
If i could give them zero stars I would. You wait at least 15 mins for someone to answer your call. If you call for an appointment have to book 2 months in advanced, they need more staff and a better attitude.
Love this health center. I'm from overseas. The two times I was there (one for health checkup, another was for taking vaccine shots) were super easy, smooth and comfortable. Everyone including receptionists, nurses and doctors was very professional and friendly. Big thanks to mrs Kristin Hennessey for taking care of me and for being so nice
