Don't try to buy anything in this store. Their service is very unprofessional. They even lost your GIA certificates. GIA certificate is a certification for every diamond from Cartier. When you purchase a diamond ring or anything with a diamond, your sales should mail the GIA certificate to your home. But be carefull, this store will lost your GIA certificate even they told you they will mail it to you. I strongly suggest everyone buy diamond from other Cartier stores!

The merchandise I bought is stunning. The manager Chris was very helpful the next day I come back to the store. I Which that The sales person that help me the first time I went to the store was helpful as him. Bad started on the first Day but Chris make it happened on the next day. Thank you again Chris.
