Super rude sales associate, was looking for rings and he gave me this attitude like I can't afford to shop there just because I was not looking for diamond rings. Had zero patient and be like "no you are not supposed to wear rings in shower", "I don't know what you are looking for." I actually wanted to have a purchase there, but no thanks. I rather go to another branch instead letting him to serve and according to other reviews don't even bother to talk to the manager.
Felt very judged by the older lady when I asked her if they had a certain necklace they had on the T&Co website. She told me that was too cheap to be in stores. I didn't know customer service was about judging people based on the price of their purchase. Rude.
Very helpful staff. Picked up a graduation present for my daughter today and the woman could not have been nicer/more accommodating.
For customer service inquiries like buying a replacement for a lost earring or having pieces sent out for repairs, this is not the best location. The staff seem rushed or maybe not as well-trained, sometimes making small errors or not bothering to look into all options, which is in stark contrast to other locations I have gone to both in MA and elsewhere on the East Coast.
