The wings here are consistently bomb and you'll find it difficult to get the same flavours in most other places. I prefer this to Bon Chon but the only thing is that the wait time is insane if you're going to order when you're there. Even when you're in line and a phone order comes in - that's going to take priority so yes, PROTIP: ORDER ON THE PHONE FIRST and then go pick it up. Or just order 20-30 minutes before you're hungry.
Terrible experience. Wait time was way too long for the wings that I received (dry, & burnt). Customer service sucked...I will not return. I would give it no stars.
I only get pickup from here since we live really close and as others have mentioned they don't have the best delivery. Try the garlic parm wings and honey bbq they are the best
Terrible experience. Picked up a to-go order and when I opened it up 15 minutes later I realized it was just waffle fries and not the boneless wings I ordered. Called and explained and the girl said to come back and she would give us the right order but when I got there they weren’t ready. She couldn’t or didn’t explain if she’d given ours away and she said they were ready to go over the phone. They weren’t ready and it was another 15 minutes waiting around a ton of college kids who kept getting their orders first. They seem super understaffed and I’m sorry, but that girl needs some front end training for a crazy place like that. The place is a dump and their customer service is garbage but the food is good. I wish I could have gotten a refund. I never had this experience at Wings Over Amherst.
One of the best wing places I have ever been to. The store decor is hilariously amazing. Everything I have tried there is delicious.
