The museum and the boat are two separate entities so if you want to go to the boat you have to go to a different place. The boat is a 5 out of 5 stars and the museum is 3 out of 5 stars so together they are 4 out of 5. The tour guide was great. The views here are special.
FREE?! I loved this tour. It’s full of history and interesting facts. The small museum is great as well. The people conducting the tour were full of information and seemed passionate about the history behind the constitution.
As far as US Military national parks go this is a great one. In addition to the restored vessel itself, which is very cool, there is also a museum ashore. This deals with the history of shipbuilding and naval activity in Boston in a fun, interactive, and informative way. Its great for student trips or for adult day excursions.
The ship makes you proud to be an American. The restoration brings the ship to an amazing state of readiness. I am amazed by the collective craftsmanship that was brought to bear. Simply a triumph of dedication. A salute to all! Also a shoutout to MC3 Casey whose presentation gave us both humor and information about the great ship. Hats off to you!
Really awesome! The museum is great and the tour of the USS Constitution was fantastic. Also admission is donation, so definitely easy on the wallet. :-) Highly recommend!
