Perfect place to go for a walk.... Relaxing. Place to have a great picnic... But.. You can cook yhete just bring your stuff already eat and keep the place clean.
Kids has free access to slides and water activities. Best part is park located near sea, so enjoy passing ships and boats. Lot of groups visited park to get their marriage photo shoot as location is really mesmerizing. Parking is only available on street, I got parking few streets away.
My daughter is 25 years old and I would bring her there when she was little.
The park is beautiful. Bored cops though. Boston might want to send these cops over to some of less desirable parks in East Boston to keep the crime out of those areas. Telling a child not to ride a scooter (who is wearing a helmet) because it's too unsafe. BUT PLEASE take your child down the street to the park filled with junkies & syringes because that's much safer for our child. NO THANK YOU. Won't go there again.
Piers Park has always been a great place to be.
Good open space to catch the Boston sky line. I was here for 1 week and this view was just blocks away. One thing I love about Boston is how much public spaces they have
