I have been trying to contact Ideal Travel and they never seem to be open. I have tried calling numerous times and i have left messages with my phone number and name and have never been called back. I finally got a hold of someone who was on a staticy cell phone who told me first to call back at 10am when the office opens, then she said they open at 9am, then when i asked which it was she told me 9:30. They don't even have a website, i honestly can't tell if this is a real business or not. Be wary when using them!
I've been going to Ideal Travel for over 10 years and they have always given me excellent service. Their specialty is in travel and visas to China, but of course they can book tickets to other countries. They can usually meet or beat prices that you will find on the Internet, plus when I'm abroad I know I can rely on them to take care of problems I might encounter while travelling - a real person to contact, usually by email. My understanding is that because of the level of self-service booking online, they have developed a specialty of booking groups to China.
Jan was incredibly helpful when it came to getting visas for our large travelling group. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that all of the information was correct, and she stayed in contact with us whenever issues arrose. Ultimately, we got the visas on time for the trip-- it couldn't have worked out better. Thanks, Jan!
