Annie is a bad business person. She flat-out lied to us about our trip costs and said that she only makes 10% of the hotel costs, nothing more. But when you lie about the hotel costs, and travel costs, and connections, there is a bunch of padding that simply cheats her customers. We called her out on it and threatened to sue her (my brother is a laywer and was ready to go). She got scared and ended up crediting us, but still denied everything. Don't take a risk with her. You are better off getting her to put a trip together, then just going directly to the hotels and putting the trip together yourself. It's actually much easier than you might think, especially when the agent, cheaters like her, put it together beforehand. She doesn't get any "deals" or discounts as she says she does. It's all straight up pricing you would get by calling yourself....though with her, since she lies about the actual pricing, you are getting a worse deal! What a shame.
