In the past I have always gotten my rental cars from Alamo as it was my experience that they offered the best price and I have never had any issues with them. I recently took advantage of skipping the counter at Boston Logan Airport. This was another excellent service offered by Alamo. Alamo didn't force any options on me, and unlike other car rental agencies, I was not required to have a hold of $200 in addition to the cost of the rental on my credit card. The car was clean and very nice.

We received great efficient and friendly service at Alamo Rental facility at the Boston airport on a recent visit. The car was perfect and ready to go. Even though parking anywhere in Boston is a challenge, it was worth it to have the wheels that would get us to Cape Cod for a short visit. Thanks, Alamo.
We always use Alamo to rent our cars when traveling! They always go above and beyond. I love the "bypass the counter option" so you can go right out to the lot and pick your car. Saves so much time! I highly recommend Alamo!!!

Renting a car in Boston is always a pleasant experience, since the rental companies are all together in one place. I appreciated that Alamo had self-serve rental kiosks, as that allowed me to skip the line. The car was in good condition.
