The entire process from picking up the car in Boston to the drop off at the RDU airport in NC was painless.The staffs at both locations were very friendly and totally professional. Thanks for making this an enjoyable trip.
I needed an SUV and had reserved a BMW X5 because that is the brand I drive. I ended up renting a Volvo XC90 was shocked at how much more advanced it was than the BMW. It had self driving features similar to what you might find on a Tesla! Took it on skiing trip to Canada! Amazing car! Both, pickup and return were great. Service was excellent despite my driving them crazy because I couldn’t decide between the Bmw and Volvo.

They only have 40 car available in the garage at one time. We got there at 7am for our reservation and were told that they had no cars, and that we'd have to wait in line. There were around 5 people ahead of us, but no one behind the counter was taking down customer information, to figure out who would get the next car that became available.
Wonderful and friendly staff. No haggling for extras. Straightforward and smooth experience at this location.
The location is nice in the city, but the staff needs to understand the basics of customer service. At least note down a list of people based on who is coming in to pick up a reservation. Def wouldn't go back, I'd suggest go to the airport and pick up a car instead, since they have a much bigger selection.
