Shuttle easy to find at the airport. But glad that we had preferred status. The line was horrendously long.
Google takes you to the wrong entrance. You have to be a speed reader to read the signs if you can find them. Not what you want to do when going to the airport.
Super nice place. Amazing when not busy; be careful of busy times tho. Def want the vip pick a car and go setup before arriving!
National needs to step up its game....there were 3 cars to choose from in the Executive aisle...also took us 15 mins of waiting in line to get up to where we drop off our car
