We had a great experience with Thrifty. After a hectic flight to Boston we were relieved to have our vehicle waiting for us. We received exceptional, warm welcoming, friendly service from Rose. Our vehicle was ready and we were off in a timely manner. Our family will definitely use Thrifty again for our next car rental service.
Do NOT rent here! They opted me in for insurance without asking and charged me for it. Wouldn't take it off my account. Told me I was "remembering incorrectly" aka lying when disputing this. They also took my paperwork so I couldn't refer back to it. HORRIBLE company and I will never rent here again. I would give zero stars if I could.
Literally screwed me and didnt care. No desire to help. Didnt even stop her conversation to deny me the car i booked months ago. Do not go here. Avoid
The reservation said Toyota Camry or equivalent. But they had no Camry's. All they had were Hyundai Sonata's. They don't give you any other choice. Kind of like "take it or leave it". Very cheap place. I would rather stick with my National Emerald Isle. Off airport rental lot is also a bit of a hassle. People were nice.
Don't reserve with this company. They just steal your money. Tricked me and lied to steal from me. Almost double amount of I wanted and we talked and any other company. Added a lot of fees with out knowing and after my return. Avoid. It is zero not one star.
