Simple and fast as long as someone is available. No one was available at fastbreak counter, both vehicles I received for both reservations were damaged and dirty, and last rental this past weekend I checked in before my flight. I asked the woman if I was all set and was there anything she needed from me, she gave me an attitude and said "you're done", didn't make eye contact and kept huffing and puffing while she was checking in another vehicle. I don't think she ever checked in my vehicle on Sunday because I didn't get a text message until yesterday (Tuesday) saying I just checked in my vehicle.
The rental car facility was nice and clean and easy to access from the airport.
The car was really nice. The agent was clear and informative. Return was easy and quick.
While shuttle service that runs regularly to and from the airport terminals it's easy to get to the car rental building. Shuttles can take anywhere from a 5 to 20 minute ride depending the driver and traffic. The location is easy to get to and returning vehicle is just as convenient. The only negative is that during late and early hours, the reservations desks are so understaffed they keep you waiting in line for over half an hour before reaching a rental agent. If you can use the rental company's fast reservation or fast pass system do so to avoid waiting for an agent on the building.
Little tricky on the several approach turns to Rental Center, but there exit w/ Hertz was great.
