There was a baby seat there .
I called the manager to complain he said he will speak to them about it .and doesn't need to discuss it with me any further.
When I asked the guy that handle the cars he said that it's not saved for anyone .
Great location. Just remember that Avis is affiliated to Budget so they actually share the rental office!
We didn't see the office right away cause it says "Avis" instead of "Budget". The office is at street level, but there is no pedestrian access to the cars themselves - you have to walk down into a parking garage.
I was told there isn't a seat available and that I didn't book one .
We gave up and when went to pick the car .
Convenient location. They ran out of cars even though we had a reservation. Call before you get there to double-check. We were lucky that someone returned a car while we were there. Unfortunately, our car was out of gas upon pickup.
Buttom line .if you want to get the worst customer service in the American continant go to budget plaza.

I found the price, car and service excellent. One suggestion is to explain in detail the use of the cards/tickets needed to exist the garage. I am senior citizen and needed help n scanning the exit tickets. I got the help I needed.
Process was smooth actually getting the rental, but its kind of annoying to have to walk down to the car garage to get/return the car when you have bags or a small child. Also, I guess Budget doesnt do overnight returns, so keep that in mind if you have an early or late flight out.
You will get yelled at free of charge
The representative was yelling at me and told me he is not a liar so that's why he is raising is voice at me.
