This place is the most horrible service...we have movers coming and have been waiting in their disgusting office for two hours!!!!! We paid $1600 for a Penkse truck and we they cant seem to find the truck. Todd, the incompetent worker kept saying its out of his hands and asked me without offering to track down the truck...so he asked me to leave and when I wouldn't threatened to call the police because I kept asking for my truck . Don't waste your money here!!! We're calling Penske to remove US Save from their vendor list.
My wife and I rented a 15-passenger van from U-Save/Adventure and the entire experIence was pleasant and professional. The vehicle was clean and new, the process of renting the vehicle was well-supported (we were even helped with the process of changing the assignment of our EZPass unit), and there were no surprise charges upon return. We would (and probably will) rent from them again.
NEVER RENT FROM HERE! I rented a van from this place and put down a deposit, it has now been 17 days since I returned the van and they still have not released the funds back into my account. The manager says I was told that it could take up to 30 days for the funds to be released, which I was not told, and why would it take that long. I have rented from numerous places using this same card and my funds have been returned the next day. Then he says he has released the funds and I need to talk to your bank. My bank requested a letter with all the information regarding the transaction so that the funds could be released ASAP and he refused to write the letter. This place is nothing but a scam, taking money from people. I will be telling people to never rent any vehicle from this place.
We rented a Ford Expedition to go to Niagara Falls, NY. U-Save Car Rental offered a great deal for an 8 passenger car. It was one of the few places that offered this type of car. The rental process was easy and simple. The customer service was great! The car was excellent. We have a big family, so we will be renting another car soon!!
